WACY-TV OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
The Simpson’s Movie on DVD , April 28th – May 16th, 2008

1. HOW TO PLAY: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Contest begins  April 28th  and ends on May 16th.  Watch the Simpsons at 6:30pm for the keyword… then log on to mynew32.com, click on the contest page, and register to win The Simpsons Movie on DVD. Your one entry will be added to all other entries by other contestants.  A drawing will be held and a WACY-TV representative will pick the winner(s).  
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Wisconsin and Michigan. All winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate. To claim your prize, you must present 2 pieces of ID at the offices of WACY, 1391 North Road from 8am to 5pm…during normal business hours.  One must be a legal Drivers License or other “official” type of ID issued by a government agency. This piece of ID must include a picture photo of yourself and your birth date. An alternative could be a Birth Certificate if you also have another acceptable form of ID that includes your picture. If you fail to produce proper identification, your prize will be forfeited. Employees of WACY-TV, Journal Broadcast Group, our sponsor, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this contest production, development or handling, and immediate families/household members of anyone so employed are not eligible. Winner has 14 business days to claim their prize starting on Monday May 19th.
3. PRIZES and ODDS: ONE SIMPSON MOVIE ON DVD will be awarded to 5 different people who are picked from the registered entries. The winner will produce proper identification. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted except as required by law. Prizes are not transferable. Odds of winning are dependant upon the number of entries.
4. WINNER SELECTION: After a random drawing from WACY personel, the name of the person picked in the drawing of entries, who claims to be over 18 and a Wisconsin/Michigan resident will be the “unofficial” winner. This person’s name drawn will be notified by a WACY-TV representative by phone that they are the unofficial winner.  This person is not an “official” winner until proper ID is validated by WACY-TV.
5. CONDITIONS: By entering and becoming a winner, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless WACY-TV, Journal Broadcast Group, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees and assigns, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, liabilities and damages arising from or relating to his or her participation in the contest and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. By entering this contest, each participant grants permission to WACY-TV, to photograph, use their likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information (city and state only) for programming, publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
6. OTHER: If for any reason a prize is not claimed or winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, WACY-TV and it’s sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process,violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decision of the sponsors and the judges, which shall be final in all respects. Any non-compliance with rules or conditions will result in disqualification. Anyone who has won a particular prize or giveaway from WACY-TV in the past 60 days of the beginning of the contest is not eligible to win.
